Spring / Summer 2016
Spring /Summer 2016
2016 is set to be a year of contrasts, New Collections from Designers Guild showcase beautiful painterly florals in strong vibrant colours against a backdrop of linens and sumptuous velvets. This contrasts with their other collections launched this spring, Greycloth and Marquisette that focus on subtle tones of grey's and neutrals which may be combined with the strong colours or left alone for a softer palette where texture and subtlety is key.
We couldn't resist adding Matthew Williamson's fabrics and wallpapers to our collection. His use of colour & way out design brings a taste of the tropical to our showroom. New collections are arriving soon from Harlequin and Sanderson who are now back up to full production after their manufacturing facilities were flooded out before Christmas. Woodland Walk from Sanderson is particularly delightful, bringing nature indoors in their signature English Country House style. The influence of nature is abundant in new collections from Voyage, and the use of birds and amimals continues to be a popular theme.
For a more sumptuous and sophisticated scheme we have chosen to introduce ranges from Zoffany, Casamance and Blendworth that incorporate rich velvets and damasks, beautiful textured weaves and printed satins that suggest luxury and oppulance. A new brand for us is Kai, a vibrant and exciting new range of fabrics at fantasticly reasonable prices. Also arriving we have new collections from Romo, Villa Nova, Ralph Lauren, William Morris, Scion, Christian Larcroix, Nina Campbell and Osborne and Little.. And dont forget that if you have seen a fabric or Wallpaper that we do not stock please ask and we will do our best to source it for you.
